pumpkins

I may be trying my hand at roasting some pumpkins tomorrow night (when I know I'll have a little time after work).  I found a great article/tutorial on how to roast pumpkins at Elana's Pantry.  It seems pretty simple.

And, remember these guys?

They don't know it yet, but I'm going to try to roast a couple of them too and see how they compare to orange pumpkins - texture, taste, etc...  I'm thinking pumpkin muffins, although pumpkin pancakes could be a winner too.  I'll let you know what I find out with the double-blind orange or white taste test.  :)
