6th grade, Halloween, and more

Jordan is looking so grown up!  6th grade pictures just came back the other day, plus we just got report cards for the first quarter - 2 A's, 1 B, 1 C, and 1 D.

And, it's Halloween tonight.  Why is it 6-8pm?  It will be dark at 7:20pm.  I'm not sure I understand that - couldn't they make it 5-7pm?  Also, I don't remember having a designated trick-or-treat time when I was a kid.  We have lots of candy, so I hope we get a good number of trick-or-treaters.  Last year, there was one girl with a TATTOO!  Yes, a real one.  Plus, I've had trick-or-treaters that were smoking cigarettes before.  Crazies!

This past weekend was awesome - went mountain biking for the first time ever, used my non-mountain-bike which was a little rough on it.  The leaves were slippery and I had a hard time at first - lots of trees/branches across the trail, but it was a great workout!
