Mulberry Season

We have about 20 mulberry trees along our back fence line, giving us more mulberries than we know what to do with.  So, the birds and other little critters get to enjoy most of the them, plus the bees and flies.  I did manage to pick a good batch yesterday.

And then I made the most wonderful strawberry rhubarb mulberry crisp!  It was quite yummy - a great blend of sweet and tart.
